 We have gone through the storm of news about Android Wear device past few months, still Google is working on it to update some of its software’s which could be released in the next coming months. Considering the announcements made by Google in its blog post, Google said that Android Wear’s first update will be having offline music and also GPS support built into it. About downloadable watch faces you will have to wait for the next update.

Having offline music playback, installed in it, you will be able to enjoy songs which are stored in your Android Watch with Bluetooth headphone in your ears. Now how this music playback works and whether applications like Spotify will be supported by remains mystery.

As soon as Android Wear supports GPS sensors, Android wear will track your locations in the absence of your smartphone. This feature will prove best for cycling or running apps. The characteristics of these two updates will allow your watch to be independent from your mobile phone.
